Utility Payments

Payments can be made:

1.    At City Hall - Come in or drop your payment in the box at the front door. 
       Cash, check, and debit/credit cards now accepted.

2.    Call Toll Free - 877-690-3729 and use access code 6529
        Check and debit/credit cards accepted.
        The check fee is $1.50.
        The debit/credit card fee is $2.25.

3.    Pay Online: 
        Check and debit/credit cards accepted.
        The check fee is $1.50.
        The debit/credit card fee is $2.25.

Utility Statement Process/Late Fees

The late fee structure and utility statement process is as follows:

  • Utility statements will be mailed so they are received by customers around the 1st day of each month. If you do not receive your statement, it is your responsibility to contact City Hall. Late fees will not be waived.
  • Utility payments are due by the 15th of each month.
  • If your full payment is not received by the 15th of each month, a late fee of $20 plus tax will be assessed. Late fees will be assessed based on the date your payment is received in our office or via US Postal Service, not by the date you write on your check.
  • A Disconnection Notice will be mailed between the 19th–21st of each month, to customers who have not paid their statement in full. The Disconnection Notice will illustrate the past due amount, including the $20 late fee plus tax.
  • The Disconnection Notice will provide the payment deadline date & time. If payment is not received by the deadline, service will automatically be discontinued. No further notice will be provided.
  • If service is discontinued due to non-payment, a $75 Reconnection Fee still applies. The past due amount, late fee, and reconnection fee must all be paid before service will be restored.
